Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancelling within 24 hours or you

do not show up for your appointment, you will have to pay for your next appointment in advance to

reschedule.

Boarding cancellations:

All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your stay. If cancelling within

24 hours or you do not show up for your stay, you will need to pay half of the booking fee in advance

(minimum of one night).
